It is faith in this gospel of Christ for which man has the hope to be saved. Acts 16:31 says, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.” What does it mean to be saved?

  • It means that every sin is forgiven and buried in the grave of God’s forgetfulness.

  • It means that Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit has come to live in you.

  • It means when life has ended your’re going to heaven to live eternally with Jesus.

Are you saved? Have you put your faith in Jesus Christ alone for the salvation of your soul? It is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that allows us to experience this wonderful grace of Jesus. Let us explain.

You must understand that everyone is a sinner and the penalty of sin is death.

Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”

Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Religion and good works cannot pay for your sin.

Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.”

Jesus Christ died and rose again to pay your price for sin. This is how much God loves you.

John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

Romans 5:8, “But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven and receive Him as your personal savior.

John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Romans 10:9, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
